Reading Log
Families,
Students are required to read for at least 80 minutes per week and fill out a section in their reading log each time they read. The reading log will be worth 80 points per week and must be signed by a parent/guardian.
For their reading material, students may choose to read what interests them. Fiction, nonfiction, comics, and even newspapers are acceptable as long as students are getting in their reading time and are able to comprehend what they have read. I want your child to love reading, not feel overwhelmed by this.
