Welcome to Kindergarten!!!  My name is Mhairi Kingery and I am so lucky that I get to be YOUR child's teacher this year!  
 
Let me start. by telling you a little bit about myself.  This will be my 32nd year teaching, all years in Kindergarten except for one year in second grade.  Kindergarten is my place and I couldn't imagine teaching any other grade.   I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Missouri and my Masters of Arts in Education from Baker University.  I have been married for 26 years and have 4 adult children who continue to keep us busy!
 
I am so excited to meet you and your child and to watch them grow both academically and socially over the next year!  Kindergartners are little sponges, soaking in everything and the growth you will see over the next year will be amazing!!
