hey welcome to the Radley beet and happy New Year Angel and I'm Christina improve the semester the spelling bee and Martin Luther King jr. Day first up is how will the 6th never felt this year in try better for the new year of 2016 because they'll be moving on from elementary school to Junior High I need to see what the sixth grade is going to improve this semester  hi I'm Eddie and today I'll be interviewing 6th graders to see how the years being so what are their goals for next year because we're going to be moving into middle school so are you looking forward to middle school and leaving Bradley yes because I don't want to being Elementary School no more resolution is to get good grades sing to find the 6th grade really good actually so what's your New Year's resolution to be boss  so what's your goal for the semester not fail  search a go for the semester I would have to say my goal is to slow down on my I didn't realize the last night are you looking forward to Middle School yes why because I'll meet new people Play and Learn more stuff  are you enjoying six grade level books Justin Moore words and I get to learn further Matt  so what's your New Year's resolution for school what's your goal for the semester to have fun  Bell School don't you think Christina yes yes yes what are you doing anyway let's move on six kids from fifth grade and sixth grade are chosen to compete in the spelling bee the ones who go on go to The District spelling bee and once you win that you going to the big competitions  we recently had a spelling bee for 5th & 6th graders each fifth and sixth grade class had a spelling bee and the two winners of each class went to the school spelling bee a 6th grader one this year what do you want round after round until it narrowed down to just one great job to all the kids who participated I bet they did such a good job congrats to all the stars they worked really hard on that next to talk about Martin Luther King jr. day he is famous historical figure because his leadership and Silver Rights Movement  every on America we celebrate Martin Luther King jr. day which is near his birthday what is January 15th what is celebrated on the 3rd Monday of the month we celebrate his birthday because of his achievements and the African Americans not being treated equal African Americans have several water fountains and toilets from people who are not African-American this day changes public life for one day governments that are not needed for that day or shut the same thing happens for some Corporation schools also closed what other teach kids about Martha Johnson grocery store stay open usually but now growing number to close on that day now was a big change he also was the youngest person to be born in the Nobel Peace Prize in America who was assassinated on April 4th 1968 what year there was a campaign for his birthday become a holiday I Have a Dream speech please enjoy this part of his famous speech and I hope you enjoy these photos so even though we Face the difficulties of today and tomorrow  I still have a dream it is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream I have a dream then one day this nation will rise up live out the true meaning of its Creed we hold these two be self-evident that all men are created I have a dream then one day on the Red Hills of Georgia sons of former slaves and the sons of Promise labor  will Bank be able to sit down together at the table of Brotherhood I have a dream the one thing  in the state of Mississippi a state sweltering with the Capo  sweltering with the heat of a pressure be transformed into an oasis freedom and Justice I have a dream am I for little children  London turn the nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character I have a dream that was cool hope you enjoy this badly beat remember don't forget to say happy birthday to doctor King I'm going to raise my hands in the air like a dump
