Annette Silvers

  Hello! Welcome to Kansas!  We have a wonderful team of educators awaiting our new and returning Bradley Buffaloes. This is a fun year of learning new and wonderful things and little ones in second grade do a LOT of growing in every way!

 

  I am a lifelong Kansan. I graduated from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas with a degree in Elementary Education.   I am working on earning a Master's Degree.  I started teaching in Western Kansas several years ago and I've had the privilege of teaching K-3 Special Education, 1st grade and 2nd grade. This is my 20th year teaching at Fort Leavenworth and I feel so blessed to be teaching children from all around the world!

     I believe in providing a warm and supportive learning environment that helps children reach their greatest potential academically, socially and emotionally.  I continue to be amazed and impressed with the military students and families I meet and I am delighted to call Fort Leavenworth my professional home.  Please feel free to contact me so we can work together to provide a wonderful learning environment for your child.
